The first company TIANQING registered in Tianjin TEDA, the investment amount is USD3,598,800.00 and the registered capital is USD2,519,000.00 . The second company CHING Hsiang(Tianjin) registered in Dongli Economic Development Zone,Tianjin. Its investment amount is USD13,200,000.00 and its registered capital is USD7,600,000.00 . Two companies all apply international advanced technique Manhem method for producing Potassium Sulphate (SOP) and Hydrochloric Acid(HCl). Its annual output is 50,000MT of SOP while 60,000MT of HCl.

　　The leading product of potassium sulphate is applied mainly to the chlorinefree indrstrial crops such as tobacco,orange,water melon, tea-tree,etc. At the present, China is the biggest potassium sulphate consuming country with a total annual demand of 700000 tons or so. Representing 70% of the import by Qing Shang Group Co. which has saved a large amount of foreign exchange and mitigated the contradiction between supply and demand. In order to meet the basic needs of the market, Qing Shang Group Co. is planning to expand its production of potassium sulphate to an annual output of 600,000 tons within next three years. The by-product of hydrochloric acid is an important chemical raw material applied widely to chemical industry, light industry, etc.
