It is situated in Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay. It is a high-tech enterprise engaging in the R&D, production and sales of new pesticides.

The company integrates science, industry and trade, and it is the designated manufacturer of pesticides by the Ministry of Agriculture and the provincial high-tech enterprise, and the implementation unit of the national key science and technology project of the“Eighth Five-Year Plan”. The company has Shaoxing municipal engineering technology research and development center. The company is the drafting unit of the national standard of the efficient cyhalothrin technical materials and emulsifiable concentrate, and the drafting unit of the industry standard of sulfonamide technical materials, sulphate, and the sputum ester, and it has passed the ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification.
