Shenyang Xingda Photosensitive Material Co., Ltd. is one earliest producer of albocarbon serial photosensitive materials in China . It was established in 1992 and entered Shenyang Nanhu Science & Technology Development Zone in 1993 as a high and new-tech enterprise. Its registered capital is RMB 1 million yuan and annual sales is RMB 3 million yuan. It has 36 personnel in total including 10 professional technicians. Its main products are sulfonic acid chloride 215, sulfonic acid chloride 214 and sulfonic acid sodium salt 215, of which sulfonic acid chloride 215 passed the provincial level appraisal as domestic leading product in 1994. In recent years, it has developed the sensitive resin for PS plate photosensitive liquid and cross-linking agent for photosensitive resist, which improve the product composition of the company.
