Introduction s:

This product is used as corrosion inhibitor for closed system, such as the cooling water system and hot water circulation system in which glycol, methanol and ethanol are cooling media. It can be also used as corrosion inhibitor in anti-freeze fluid, oil tanker central air-condition system. This product is composed of organic corrosion inhibitor, dispersant, nitrite and molybdate. It is the most used corrosion inhibitor in closed system with excellent efficiency. It has good corrosion inhibition effect for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy and other materials. There are no chromate in this product, thus no color will be occurred in water system and no stain spot will be deposited on metal surface. The liquid product is convenient in operation, suitable for closed circulating cooling water system with less or no leakage.

Usage:

Based on retained water quantity, add 1500mg/l of this product into system. Pretreatment filming operation can be omitted. For ordinary operation, based on retained water quantity, 1.3 times of this product is required. When used as corrosion inhibitor in oil tanker or oil can, better effect will be obtained when used together with demulsifier.

Safety and protection

Weak alkaline, avoid contacting with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.

Package and Storage:

200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L),customers’ requirement. Storage for ten months in shady room and dry place.
