Dear Sir/Madam:
Our company is a manufacturer of lithium-ion battery electrolytes within the Russian Federation. According to our development plan, we anticipate gradually expanding production capacity from the existing pilot-scale facility to an industrialized production scale of approximately 10,000 tons per year between 2026 and 2028.
To ensure the stability and continuity of electrolyte production, we have deliberately established long-term cooperative relationships with reliable raw material suppliers/manufacturers to procure key chemical raw materials for electrolyte production.
The supplier selection process of our company includes the following stages:
Phase 1: Supplier and Product Qualification Certification
Provide samples of each type of raw material listed in the attached list, approximately 1 kilogram per type, for qualification certification testing
Certification cycle: approximately 3 months from the date of receiving the samples
Phase 2: Trial Production Batch Procurement (after passing Phase 1)
Organic solvent: approximately 200 kilograms
Lithium salt: approximately 50 kilograms
Functional additives: approximately 10 kilograms per type, for further verification
Phase Three: Long-term Supply Contract (After Trial Production Completion)
The estimated annual procurement volume is as follows:
Organic solvents: approximately 8,000 tons per year
Lithium salt: approximately 1,500 tons/year
Functional additives: As per formulation requirements
