  Dear Sir/Madam,
  We are a manufacturer of hydrophilic TPE compounds and are currently evaluating Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE 135A Grade equivalent) for use in our formulations.
  We wanted to let you know that we are interested in your CPE product of grade equivalent to CPE135A (chlorine content ~35%, suitable for PVC / TPE compounding applications).
  
  Our initial requirements are as follows:
  Monthly quantity: 3-4 metric tons (bulk shipments)
  Delivery terms: CIF Hyderabad, Telangana (by sea)
  Packaging: 25 kgs (What is the quantity on one Pallet ?)
  Delivery frequency: Monthly
  
  We request that you kindly provide the following information:
  CIF Hyderabad price (per MT) for 3-4 tons per month
  Available technical datasheet (TDS) and material specification
  Export terms, lead time, and MOQ
  Your HS Code for shipping communications
