  β-cyclodextrin (β-CD ) β-cyclodextrin as a new medicine auxiliary material, is mainly used to increase the stability of the medicine, prevent it from oxidation and resolue, also it can increase the solubility of the medicine, reduce the disadvantage of it and cover the terrible smell from it. On making food, it is mainly used to get rid of the terrible smell, increase the stability of essence perfume and pgment, the ability of emulsification and preuead the moist. What's more, it can improve the taste. And it is mainly used in injection of the food, as it is an excellent stabilizer, emulsion used in making medicine, food and cosmetics.
