Brief Instruction:Sodium Cyclamate is an edible
synthetic sweetener.Its chemical
name is known as Sodium Cyclo-
hexylsulfamate .
Application: 1.It is widely used in food manufacture
sector.Such as cold drinks,seasoning
vegetables,breads,preserved fruits
manufactures.Production cost would
be substantially reduced while the orig-
inal taste might retain as Sodium Cyc-
lamate is used.
Also,it is suitable used for manufactu-
ring Cosmetics,tooth pastes and other
relevant products which require sw-
eet taste.
Used as cooking seasoning .
Widely used for diabetes and fat pe-
ople who cannot intake sugar.
Used for bakery.
Usage:1.It can provide sufficient sweetness if diss-
olving Sodium Cyclamate in water by rat-
io 1:500;
Sodium Cyclamate is 50 times as sweet as
sucrose if use only i.e.10mg of Sodium
Cyclamate is equivalent sweet as 500mg of
sucrose.;
If it is used as mixture of Sodium Cyclamate,
Sucrose and 0.3% organic acid (Citric Acid),
its sweetness can be enhanced to 100 times;
If it is used as mixture of Sodium Cyclamate
and Sucrose ,its sweetness can be enhanced
to 80 times;
If it is used as mixture of Sodium Cyclam-
ate .Sucrose.0.3% organic acid and 10% S-
accharine.its sweetness can be enhanced to
150 times.
Remarks:In regard to the use by mixing with differ-
ent kind of sweetener to give the same sw-
eetness as 100Kgs Sucrose,the table is gi-
ven as below:

2kg + 0 + 0 + 0 = 100kg
1kg + 40kg + 0 + 0 = 100kg
0.65 kg + 40kg + 0.003 kg + 0 = 100kg
0.40 kg + 40kg + 0.002 kg + 0.04 kg = 100kg
